The Look: Blue flowers

I bought this dress for some dinner that had a "blue" dresscode, i didnt want to get a blue dress or the cliche black dress with blue accessories so this dress seemed perfect.
The dress is from some random boutique
Shoes are from Barrats
Clutch is from my Vintage Closet and
the royal beads were a gift from my grandma
