Hi Guys,
So because i love you, i am constantly looking for new ways to make the blog better.
I decided to start a new series called 'The Blog Squad'...cool name innit?
Where i collaborate with other bloggers to bring you guys awesome posts.
For this post i'm teaming up with Ibukun of She is Out of Control. I have been following her blog for a while now and i love her personal style and inspirational posts. We go to the same school and her faculty is right beside mine so it was really strange that we had never met. Our mutual photographer hooked us up, she bought the idea of this shoot and voila!
She had mentioned previously that she had the same wedges when i wore them for the fall post so we decided to style denim and wedges. I love how the images came out and it looks as if we have been friends for a long time even though we just met that day.
She is such a sweet girl and i hope to work with her somemore. Be sure to check out her blog here and show her some love.
P.S please what is this nonsense shrinkage on my head. This natural hair is beginning to feel like a struggle o. Tips to avoid shrinkage please. I would have put my hair in a protective style but i was advised to learn my hair and show it love so it will grow. Its not showing me any love back though. Help!

ReplyDeleteThese pictures kinda dope! You two look great
ReplyDeleteLOL, This hair thing is just a matter of time, you'll understand your hair as you experiment with different styles and products.
ReplyDeleteI do cornrows to bed with the LOC method and that helps with the shrinkage, the more cornrows I do, the more stretched it is.
I'm feeling these your specs o!

This is such a cool idea! The two of you are gorgeous and I love your little TWA puff, heyyy!
ReplyDeleteCool post! Shrinkage is part of kinky hair though but whenever I just take out my protective style like didi or weaving, it comes out beautifully. Some people say threading it.
ReplyDeleteHAAAY! is that my pose i see?
